On the afternoon of December 24th, Fan Jianqing, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of Suzhou Municipal Committee and director of the Municipal Civilization Office, and Liu Zhiyong, deputy director of Suzhou Wenguang Tourism Bureau, and his party came to Kunming to conduct a special investigation on promoting the integration and development of the cultural tourism industry. Yan An, executive deputy director of the Propaganda Department of Kunshan Municipal Committee, and Chen Yan, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism, accompanied the investigation.

The research team visited Jiangsu Chenyu Culture and Art Co., Ltd., Four Seasons Zhouzhuang Culture Performance Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Water Town Zhouzhuang Tourism Co., Ltd. and Kunshan Water Town Zhouzhuang Tourism Network Technology Co., Ltd. to have a discussion and exchange with the leaders in charge of Zhouzhuang Town Government and the main responsible persons of enterprises, to learn more about Zhouzhuang's practices and successful experiences in promoting the integrated development of cultural tourism industry, and to deeply understand the difficulties faced by enterprises at present, and to solicit suggestions on various support policies at all levels. The research team gave professional guidance from the aspects of excavating cultural tourism resources, broadening industrial format, enriching product connotation and extending industrial chain.
In recent years, Zhouzhuang, Kunshan, focusing on promoting the deep integration and development of the cultural tourism industry, has continuously improved the cultural tourism product system, and has successively built cultural tourism special projects such as the Mystery of Life Museum, Wansan Winery, Four Seasons Zhouzhuang Live Performance Show, Ancient Stage, Film Academy, Zhouzhuang 12 Square and 1086 Slow Life Block. Focus on the two groups of "tourists+makers", create an incubation space, and create a new space of characteristic water towns shared by aborigines, newcomers and sojourners.
